In the nearest town of Spennymoor just a mile or so away you will find four supermarkets and also a leisure centre with swimming pool alongside pubs and restaurants. If you are looking for a totally relaxing staycation and want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the City Centre, then the Pub and Kitchen in Cassop and in Brandon are great value for money and they are only a short distance away.

A quirky modern shepherds hut with an outdoor seating area and washing up area. Perfect for a romantic getaway. There is access to a shared hot tub on site which booking is required. The seating area turns into a comfortable bed and the kitchen includes all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, a fridge and a freezer. There is also a small dining area and a small bathroom that includes a shower.
