This newly converted self contained private detached modern annex is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre and is great for both holiday and business travellers.
The Annex offers a spacious living area (with sofa bed) and a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a separate double bedroom with king size bed. The annex benefits from a 'Jack & Jill' shower room which can be accessed from the bedroom, creating an en-suite or via the living area, which will allow guests sleeping on the 3 seater sofa bed access to the bathroom too. The annex benefits from a HD Smart TV with built in DVD in the living room.
There is a small garden area to the front of the annex but you can also share the main houses' garden which has great views of Durham Cathedral. There is a parking space next to the annex for your use during your stay although we are only a short walk from the City centre.
