Internally accommodation is spread over 3 floors. There is entrance hall with groundfloor shower and office as well as a double bedroom and a backdoor leading to the back garden. To the first floor is the kitchen with fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher as well as the dining room, a toilet and the lounge. To the second floor is the master bedroom with walk in dressing area and ensuite shower room. Second bedroom with single bed and doorway through to the bathroom and 3rd bedroom with 2 single childrens bunk beds. The bathroom can also be accessed via the hallway. To the front of the property is driveway leading to single garage providing ample parking. This property is great access for those using the A167, and only 15 minutes walk down to the city or the Science Site of the University.
