The property is perfect for groups and families with local bars and restaurants just a short distance away. The River Wear also offers a peaceful walk and is just a 5-to-10-minute walk away.

The properties first floor comprises of the kitchen, lounge, and conservatory. The kitchen offers all the essentials you will need during your stay including utensils, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and a fridge – freezer with a water dispenser. The kitchen also has a dining table where you can enjoy meals throughout your stay. The conservatory follows from the kitchen at the back of the property and includes a TV with DVD Player and two sofas. The lounge is equipped with two sofas and a TV with Freeview.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the first bedroom has two twin beds and a triple wardrobe to store your clothes on your stay. The master bedroom benefits from a king size bed, a triple wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. There is a hairdryer in each wardrobe in the bedrooms should you require them.

The main bathroom includes both a bath and an over bath shower.
