Dobson and Parnell push the boundaries of British and European cuisines, with all their ingredients ethically sourced from the finest local farms and markets. It offers Set and A La Carte Menus with dishes including cured chalk stream trout, Yorkshire venison carpaccio, Yorkshire game pie and blood orange and almond cake.
