Situated with the Travel Hub at the Railway Station in Bishop Auckland is a walk-in, self-serve facility offering a touch screen information kiosk to enable visitors to find out more about what to see and do in Durham.
A wide range of tourist information leaflets can also be picked up during normal opening hours.
More detailed requests for assistance with things like accommodation, tickets and county-wide information can be directed to the Durham Visitor Contact Centre.
