Whether you have tried mindfulness before or not this special morning practice is for you.
Mindfulness is merely the act of being present in the moment you are living right now.
Rather than letting the mind worry and fret and plan for what may or may not happen next, or ruminate of what happened before, we learn to bring the mind to the present, to focus on what we are doing even if that is doing nothing but breathing and being alive in the moment.
Jenny will introduce you to a variety of breathing techniques and mindful techniques to help you relax, unwind and find inner peace.
The location is beautiful and the presence of nature all around you adds a unique quality to your mindful practice.
Usually the session is held outdoors in the meadows, orchards and woodland, but if the weather is being a little bit 'unsuitable' shall we say, we can go inside to the magical classroom for the session.
This is a small group session.
