Located in the Durham dales in the North East, and set over rolling pastureland around the Hall gardens this enjoyable and challenging course features an abundance of natural features including rig & fur, woodland, streams and ponds making it a test for the most experienced of golfers.
The course is well located and close to Darlington, Barnard Castle, Newton Aycliffe and Scotch Corner. It has a wide variety of holes from the daunting 116 yard 'Pond Hole' to the long 523 yard 'Sleeters' par 5.
The full size greens have been constructed to USGA specification with irrigation and offer some of the best playing surfaces in the region. Our golf course is open to non-members and offers golf packages and special breaks.
There is a 10 bay covered driving range, a practice chipping area and practice putting green. A resident PGA professional is available for tuition and the golf shop stocks a wide range of equipment and accessories and clothing.
