Join one of our knowledgable guides for a tour exploring the fascinating stories behind the objects on display at Locomotion.
Our tours reveal a wealth of intriguing insights into the objects in our Collection Building, which is home to more than 70 railway heritage vehicles including Green Arrow, Deltic and Queen Alexandra’s Saloon.
There’s also a wealth of unexpected objects and vehicles with fascinating stories to tell, from our Victorian snow plough to the futuristic APT-E.
Free Tour, every weekday 11:00 - 16:00. Suitable for all ages
Tours are scheduled daily, but run subject to the availability of our fantastic volunteer guides. Please call us on 01904 685 780 before you travel to check that tours will be running during your visit.
