This 6 mile cycle route takes you along minor lanes from Middleton into the Hudeshope Valley, a hidden gem of Teesdale. There are good pubs and facilities in Middleton in Teesdale.
From Middleton, head west, crossing the Hudeshope Beck and take the junction on the outside of the bend, up a steep hill. Turn right after the national speed limit signs, (signed Oakside and Coldberry). Follow this lane (with gates) to the Hudeshope Beck and back around to Middleton in Teesdale.
